SyncStep is a location-based entertainment app. SYNC is an in-game utility token used to open chests and play minigames. Rewards are game outcomes, not investment returns, and chest/dig results are randomized.
SYNC is an in-game currency, not money and not an investment. It cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, sold back to us, or transferred to another person or wallet, and it has no value outside SyncStep. You may buy SYNC packs with SOL from the Wallet tab; those purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in SyncStep is financial advice. Play with amounts you're comfortable spending on entertainment.
Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not play while driving, cycling, or in unsafe areas. You are solely responsible for your physical safety while using the app.
GPS spoofing, automation, multi-accounting, or exploiting bugs to obtain SYNC may result in forfeiture of balances and a ban.
You control your wallet and approve every on-chain transaction. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent in error.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Chest spawns, reward tables, and token mechanics may change to keep the economy healthy. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of SyncStep is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
