Privacy policy
Your play stays yours.
Effective and last updated: July 12, 2026
This policy explains how Snapgrid Remix (the “App”) handles information. The App does not require a Snapgrid account, and custom Remix Kit media is not uploaded to Snapgrid servers.
Information stored on your device
The App stores gameplay settings and progress locally, including high scores, token balance, power-up inventory, theme selection, rewarded-ad limits, purchase-entitlement state, and identifiers needed to prevent the same verified consumable transaction from being credited twice.
If you create a Remix Kit, the photo, short audio clips, kit name, and cue mappings you choose are copied into the App’s local storage. Photos are selected through Apple’s system photo picker and audio through Apple’s document picker. The App does not use the camera or microphone and does not upload, share, or publicly display this media.
Apple services
App Store purchases
Apple processes payments. Snapgrid receives StoreKit product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to deliver a subscription, legacy premium entitlement, or consumable token pack. Snapgrid does not receive your full payment-card details.
Game Center
If you choose Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center player identity, display name, scores, leaderboard activity, and real-time match information. Game Center sign-in is optional and controlled by your Apple settings. Apple’s handling of this information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising and consent
Free play includes Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and opt-in rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may process information such as device or other identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, advertising data, diagnostics, and consent choices to serve, limit, secure, and measure ads. This information is not linked by Snapgrid to an app account because the App has no account system.
Google User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices where required before ad requests. The App does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and does not enable Apple Ads attribution. Premium users do not receive Snapgrid’s in-game AdMob placements.

What Snapgrid does not do
- No Snapgrid account creation, contact-list access, camera capture, microphone recording, or precise location collection.
- No upload or social sharing of Remix Kit photos or sounds.
- No sale of your personal information by Snapgrid.
- No Apple Ads attribution or Snapgrid-operated cross-app tracking.
Retention and control
Local gameplay and Remix Kit information remains on the device until you reset it, remove a kit, or delete the App, subject to any iOS device backup you control. Processed transaction identifiers are retained locally to prevent duplicate consumable delivery. Apple, Google, and their service providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings, manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings, review Google consent choices when offered in the App, remove Remix Kits in the App, or delete the App to remove its local data.
Children, security, and changes
Snapgrid Remix is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We use platform controls and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information described here, but no storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. A material revision will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
