Simple rules for the grid.

These terms apply to your use of Snapgrid Remix (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). These terms supplement that EULA. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Using the App

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard EULA and App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, sublicense, exploit, or use the App unlawfully except where applicable law expressly permits it.

No Snapgrid account is required. Optional Game Center functions are subject to Apple’s terms and availability.

Subscriptions and premium access

Premium Monthly is an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes Snapgrid’s in-game ads and unlocks the premium neon board theme.
Apple displays the price and billing period before confirmation and charges your Apple Account at purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, under Apple’s applicable subscription rules.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings under Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Use UPGRADE > RESTORE in the App to restore an eligible Premium Monthly or legacy Premium Pass entitlement made with the same Apple Account.

Consumable token packs

The optional 1,000-token and 10,000-token packs are consumable in-app purchases. Tokens are virtual gameplay items, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the App, and do not represent currency, property, or an investment.

A verified consumable transaction is credited once to the App’s local token wallet. Consumables are not included in Restore Purchases after delivery. Token balance may be lost if local app data is deleted or unavailable. If a completed purchase is not delivered, contact Snapgrid support before buying it again.

Remix Kit content

You keep ownership of photos and sounds you select. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and will not choose unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious files. Remix Kit media is intended for private, local gameplay; the App does not provide public sharing or cloud hosting for it.

Advertising and third-party services

Free play may show Google AdMob advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Rewarded tokens are granted only after the completed reward callback and are subject to the stated local daily limit. Third-party services such as Apple, Game Center, and Google may have their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

Features that depend on the App Store, advertising providers, internet access, or Game Center may occasionally be unavailable. We may maintain, update, change, or discontinue App features as permitted by law, while honoring active purchase rights required by Apple’s rules.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability, warranties, maintenance obligations, third-party beneficiary rights, and other license terms are governed by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
